The Email Marketing Manager for Jewelry and Watches will be responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience, helping to drive sales in this fast-growth eComm business. Specifically, he/she will be responsible for optimizing the email program for maximum performance, leveraging iterative testing and data analysis, and ensuring content quality. The Email Program Manager also serves as a primary customer advocate within eComm and will partner with cross-functional teams within Jewelry and Watches and across the company to further improve the shopping experience for their customer.

This role provides an ideal blend of the creative and the analytical as the Email Marketing Manager will not only develop, enhance and grow the Fashion email channel through customer segmentation, advanced targeting, and innovative merchandising techniques, but will also have the autonomy to brainstorm, launch and test new ideas and programs. An eye for innovation is key to success in this role and the Email Marketing Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities for content efficiency and automation, and then implementing those improvements.

This is an ideal role for an email expert who seeks to leverage their expertise in a large-scale environment that provides ample room for experimentation, testing and innovation.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience designing and executing highly visible email marketing campaigns
Experience using Excel to analyze large data sets

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency with HTML, XML and SQL
A knack for learning new software and analysis tools
Experience with SEO/SEM and tools such as Omniture and Coremetrics
Demonstrated ability to define and successfully deliver complex projects with superior ROI—from business case development through deployment
Ability to manage ambiguous problems, build solutions, and drive project completion
Demonstrated experience using hard data and metrics to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and support project requests from partner teams
Ability to influence multiple stakeholders and lead cross-functional projects
Ability to successfully manage outside vendor relationships
Outstanding writing, presentation and communication skills
Experience communicating and presenting to senior management
