Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager centers primarily on the administrative management of our quarterly marketing investment cycle. It also enables self-driven work on marketing analytics, ad hoc initiatives handling, monthly business review and close engagement with Partners and stakeholders at local, sub-regional and regional levels across the Americas.

The Marketing Manager is fully integrated into the Account team and the WW Marketing Team, to explore new ways of engagement to drive value proposition of our systems in Developed (US) and Emerging Markets (Latin America), gain shares on both B2C and B2B fronts in Mature Markets as well as drive demand for products through the channel.

This Marketing Manager position supports and reports to the Americas Regional Marketing Lead with the following responsibilities:
- Managing the quarterly Marketing Campaign planning process across Americas countries, including:
• Plans review, fine-tuning and approval, liaising with local Account Managers to optimize joint marketing investments
• Proof of execution (POE) review and actual investments’ performance assessment
• Consolidation and submission of country specific information for business reporting
• Budget planning and process setup support with corp team
- Driving joint marketing engagement with partners on both B2B and B2C initiatives
- Training and educating local stakeholders in a multicultural environment on process changes, investment guidelines and campaign assets
- Establishing and maintaining relationship with designated Americas stakeholders
- Assuming a pro-active role within the Americas account team and the WW Marketing team dedicated


Recommended Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of Field Marketing and/or Marketing budget management experience, with demonstrated results in driving Field and/or Partner engagement a significant plus
• Full command of oral and written English, fluency in Spanish a plus.
• Solid business acumen on Marketing ATL/BTL tactics acquired on top of higher Education in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Business management.
• Ability to understand the bigger picture in order to provide added-value perspective on market fundamentals and offer sound advice on appropriate correction/course of action.
• Exposure/understanding of OEM ecosystem a plus (Windows / Apple / Google)
• Fluent user (incl. advanced functions such as pivot table) of Excel and Powerpoint

Skills/Abilities:
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to collaborate with cross functional groups and virtual teams a must
• Self-driven personality, capable of working autonomously within a matrix organization
• Proven ability to demonstrate persistency and proactivity in daily routine
• Strong analytical skills, together with good command of project management and multi-tasking
• Capacity to drive thorough data review, with close attention to details and systematic cross-checking inclination
• Natural “customer centric” approach and attitude with both internal and external stakeholders
• Willingness to learn and dig into the core of processes and business fundamentals
