Our exciting, mid-sized start-up client in a beautiful La Jolla office needs a Marketing Manager on a temp-to-hire, on-site, full-time basis! Start is ASAP! The right candidate will be in the line with the following requirements:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for driving patient enrollment at practice locations nationwide. With oversight from the Director of Patient Marketing, this individual creates, executes and manages all patient marketing campaigns to promote patient adoption and utilization of the client's services through remote, direct marketing and onsite tactics. This individual will serve as a liaison between client marketing departments, ensuring that all marketing materials and content align with the client’s needs. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for completing all modifications and new iterations of materials as the client requests.

Project management skills are critical as this role may manage up to 35-40 client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and delivery of patient marketing campaigns, including:
o Prepares and presents options for enrollment strategies and patient campaign materials
o Gathers all initial information needed to kick-off marketing material creation (eg: client logo’s, letterhead, etc.)
o Oversees development of each client’s customized campaign materials, making updates and edits at the client’s request
o Crafts content for client’s internal communication vehicles as well as draft press releases, social media content and web copy.
o Provides internal teams with materials to support on-site training of client staff, helping to create program ambassadors
• Utilizes marketing automation technology to deploy and track multiple campaigns at one time.
• Applies leading and lagging indicators to assess campaign effectiveness at each client. Continuously refining patient marketing campaigns to achieve optimal results and employ best practices.
• Performs market analysis, evaluates competitive offerings and shares customer insights with internal teams to drive product and delivery improvements as well as changes to marketing messaging.
