Key Responsibilities
• Optimize SEM campaigns through Adobe Media Optimizer for Google Adwords and Microsoft AdCenter search platforms. Responsibilities include leading portfolio development strategy, competitive keyword research, keyword expansion, managing campaign changes, implementation of search marketing best practices, and assisting in campaign management and analysis.
• Work with Analytics team to create best in class marketing dashboard and A/B test ideas. Deliver weekly dashboard of conversion funnel metrics.
• Analyze channel performance to provide marketing insights to improve performance, conversion rates, and lifetime customer value.
• Work with external agencies to develop effective ad creative and display campaigns.
• Investigate and test new channel opportunities, such as Facebook.

Requirements & Qualifications
• 3+ Years PPC experience
• Interest and passion in learning emerging channels in online marketing
• Solid understanding of online behavior, online media, and trends in the online space.
• Foundational understanding of online marketing, including pay-per-click search marketing, paid social, affiliate marketing, and display.
• Highly-analytical, stats junkie, problem-solver, and creative thinker.
• Quick and motivated learner with a passion for driving growth.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and prioritization skills.
• BA / BS degree required.
