Marketing Manager

The primary purpose of this role is to help create, execute, and optimize CRM programs that increase customer lifetime value for both the client and its retail partners (primarily telecom carriers).

Responsibilities:
Create customer lifecycle marketing frameworks and strategies to attract and retain loyal Android customers with through retail partners
Partner with cross-functional marketing teams to develop integrated, multi-channel CRM programs (online, email, SMS, in-app, in-store)
Build business cases to support proposed programs with retail partners
Lead overall project management functions and deliverables for Partner CRM projects
Assess feasibility of plans and KPIs with both internal and external stakeholders, which may include writing business requirements documents
Manage relationships with creative agencies and partners
Develop A/B testing plans for partners to execute
Analyze results and present measurement reports with optimization plans
Provide input for growing overall client Retail CRM capabilities and developing best practices based on learnings from Partner CRM efforts

Qualifications:
Minimum 6-8 years of CRM & email marketing experience, preferably with telecommunications providers
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, consumer segmentation and testing strategies
Project management experience in cross-functional teams
Exceptional verbal and visual communication skills
Financial and data analysis experience - building business models, analyzing results
Bachelor's degree, MBA preferred
