AQUENT is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for an awesome opportunity in McLean, VA!

The MarketingCoordinator plays a key role in the development and execution of the marketing materials to support branch consolidations and relocations. Under the supervision of the Brand Strategy Manager they are responsible for coordinating all marketing support to ensure deliverables and timelines are met. Coordinates production and fulfillment for all elements. Keeps Brand Strategy Manager informed of project status and any issues that may impact the schedule.

Scope of Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage timeline for all marketing deliverables, coordinate production schedules with various agencies
• Engage agency to create maps showing primary receiver and surround branch locations, review and proof before routing to internal partners
• Pull branch data in One View to determine number of ATM’s, Drive-Up Tellers, Night Drops, Windows and Entry Doors. Create elements and quantity list for each location
• Engage production agency to create individual branch We’re Moving, We’ve Moved signs and
take-ones; review and proof for production, coordinate shipping
• Coordinate with site consultants to determine open house dates and specific needs by location
• Determine scratch offs and prize award quantities based on average transactions by location
• Engage agency to create individual branch scratch offs, open house signs and take-ones; proof and release for production, coordinate shipping
• Coordinate shipments to branches for all marketing elements
• Develop media brief and review with advertising team; review media recommendation with Brand Manager for approval secure assets
• Engage agency to create open house print ads, review proofs and release for trafficking to publications
• Review and approve open house radio spots
• Conduct marketing communication calls with site consultants and branches
• Coordinate grand prize fulfillment, W9 reporting, scratch off redemption reporting
• Coordinate logistics for return of open house elements, follow up with branches as needed
• Manage budget and process invoices
• Coordinate internal documentation to ensure the timely and smooth production of all marketing elements

Job-Specific Knowledge:
• Experience in marketing collateral development process from intake through production and
fulfillment
• Experience with providing direction to agencies in the form of creative briefs, leading status calls, providing client feedback and revisions, and managing production timelines
• Proven ability to keep work moving, trafficking assets through Legal, Compliance and other partners as needed for approvals
• Strong multi-tasking, organizational skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
• Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills

Technical Knowledge:
• Microsoft: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project (a plus) and Adobe Acrobat (a plus)

Experience:
• 2+ years experience in an organizational role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment
• Collateral, marketing experience, or fast-paced, advertising agency environment managing multiple projects for multiple customers/accounts. Account Management experience a plus.
