Job Description:
Our Client is looking for an experienced Business Banking Marketer to help bring its new digital Business Banking solution to market. This candidate must have demonstrated experience in product marketing for business banking solutions within the financial institution space.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive the creation and execution of the Business Banking go-to-market strategy with an innovative cross-functional team of marketing, product and sales SMEs
• Manage the day-to-day marketing of current Business Banking solutions and new releases
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates their Business Banking solutions in the market
• Sales enablement- Support the sales teams by developing sales programs and assets to help them be successful
• Market intelligence – be the expert in digital Business Banking, what today’s financial institutions need to be competitive and the competition
• Demand generation – develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand for businesses to use business banking solutions at their financial institution

Required Skills:
Requirements
• 7+ years of digital product marketing experience with at least 2 years of demonstrated experience in Business Banking and Small Business Banking
• End user marketing experience a plus, especially banking solutions to business customers
• Bachelor’s in business or marketing, MBA preferred
• Very strong written and verbal communication skills; must be skilled at presenting to large audiences and leadership
• Excellent people and management skills to interact with marketing team and cross-functional teams
