Marketing Manager

In this role you will be part of a cross-functional team of discipline experts including PR, online, product marketing, social communications, agency engagement and research. Key responsibilities are GTM (go to market sales materials) and event support management. Leading brand assets, executing on integrated marketing campaigns and Go To Market (GTM) activities that shape audience perceptions and educate our customers are key to driving business results and key to the success of the on-line sales.

The primary focus of this role will be the development, localization, execution and planning of marketing campaigns, GTM materials and event support. Additionally, this position plays a central role in partnering with global marcoms to land global brand activity and campaigns

This role contributes to overall trade marketing strategy and implements detailed tactics, all with a high level of impact on customer experiences. Implementing quality localize communications materials and integrating into education programs is the key to success, and partnering with the global marketing and product teams relevant market approach.

Key Accountabilities

1) Brand: Marcoms Campaign: Execute the UK brand campaign, working with all members of trade marketing team and other key stakeholders
2) Liaison with Global team: Liaising with the global team to localize and deliver the global campaign activity to launch to UK market
3) Bring our products to life for Sales: Working with the sales specialists team, create and deliver a range of new sales collateral, sales training for the different audiences
4) Materials and Training: Plan and launch new material to support new product launches and sales specials.
5) Events – Plan and support Agency education days and industry events along with the Engagement lead
6) Development and sourcing of promotional items for sales.
7) Budget Management: Responsible managing and tracking the campaign budget.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1) Essential Experience
• Digitally savvy with understanding of the media and advertising business
• Well-rounded marketer with trade and commercial experience, proven ability in delivering integrated marketing plans
• Creative – strong ideas for pushing the boundaries on brand and sales support
• Strong project management skills
• Event management experience
• Experience working client or digital advertising agency is a plus

2) Technical/Functional Skills

• Strong written and verbal communications skills
• Comfortable presenting and working with sales teams
• Able to write strategic and tactical marketing plans
• Keen social media participant a plus

3) Personal Attributes/Interpersonal Skills
• Proven cross-group collaboration
• Team player – must focus on winning as a team
• Results-orientation
• Strong organizational skills and thrives in a fast-paced sales and marketing environment
