Marketing Manager

My client, a large well, respected non-profit is seeking a Marketing Manager to sit on-site in their Washington, DC office. This is a long term contract.

Candidate will work with the Director, Brand Development and Coordination in the development and implementation of brand and advertising strategies. He/she will manages the integration of branding efforts into all areas of the Association by educating internal stakeholders, monitoring application of guidelines and leading the process of improving coordination. He/she will manage the strategy, creation and development of advertising campaigns working with internal clients and executed through external agencies or internal resources.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Works with the Director to develop and oversee the implementation of the continuing program to expand client's brand equity.
2. Works with Internal Communications to keep staff throughout the Association informed of and involved in brand development activities.
3. Develops and manages systems/processes to ensure the coordinated use of the client's brand identity system throughout the organization.
4. Works with internal clients in the development of marketing strategy, identifying the appropriate resources groups ( internal and external agencies), manages the communication and coordination with the designated resources and works to deliver tactics ( advertising – print, radio, TV, online, mobile, etc.) that produce desired results.
5. Manages budget and financial commitments for requested programs.

Must have worked in an agency or on client side managing advertising programs and experience in multiple media - print, radio, online, OOH, etc. and managing media buys through an agency
