Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager is a member of the marketing team, responsible for the development, project management and execution of multiple online / offline marketing campaigns, tools and programs to help drive awareness, generate leads and build brand. Reporting directly to and taking direction from the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal production role in multiple marketing facets including but not limited to; marketing / sales writing, email campaign development and management, content development across multiple mediums, content editing, lead generation / management, event management, social media, webinar management, collateral production, software system management, website content management, website analytics, PPC campaign management, etc.
Possessing a unique blend of creative / technical writing, project management and general online marketing skills.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Adept at writing powerful marketing / sales email campaigns that maximize conversion rates
• Advanced project management skills to handle multiple online / offline project simultaneously
• A deep understanding of general “content marketing” techniques, mediums and tools
• A deep understanding of general online marketing techniques and tools
• Efficient editing and proofing skills for producing final online and offline content
• Knowledge of technology systems for webinars, email, lead mgmt., social media, WordPress
• Advanced cross-functional listening, verbal and written communication skills
• A general understanding of Google Analytics, landing page optimization and marketing testing
• A general desire to learn, apply and optimize personal marketing skills across multiple facets
• Adept skills with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook

REQUIREMENTS / METRICS
Based on input and direction from the VP of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will be required to:
• Assist in the final production of 8-12 articles, 8-12 blogs, 2-4 white papers, production and testing of 1-2 webinars and write, edit and produce 4-8 complete email marketing campaigns on a quarterly basis with subject matter experts.
• Assist in content editing and final production of other marketing programs as needed
• Assist in managing outbound lead generation and marketing programs where applicable
• Assist in market research, analysis and managing 3rd party partnerships where applicable
