Marketing Manager

Serve as the representative on a Communications Review Project Team. Provide input and guidance on letters from the project perspective. Review and approve all letters/emails as they are updated as part of this project. Provide strong and active support to this Project Team as needed to accomplish the Project goals.

Position Accountability


* Partner with internal and external partners on the Project to ensure all customer letters and emails are identified, reviewed and updated as part of this Project.


* Review each customer letter and email from the project perspective, specifically addressing consistency with branding, copy tone and clarity of language, legal disclosures and overall consistency with new letter templates.


* Partner with vendors, Systems and Operations support areas to ensure all customer communications (letters and email) are leveraging the expertise of this Project team and are updated as needed.


* Participate in ongoing status meetings with internal and external Project Team members to ensure all parties are in sync with and accountable for their deliverables to support the customer communication review project.

Requirements


* Bachelor’s Degree

* 3 years written communications and project management experience; knowledge of direct mail a plus.

* Experience at a large corporation within the financial services industry preferred.

Technical Skills

• Excellent written skills, including copy and editing
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at a time
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well with a team
