Manage the planning, execution, and analysis of direct marketing campaigns and test efforts for the Acquisition Direct Mail channel, with emphasis on the General 50+ market segment. This position develops new test strategies and manages cross functional teams to execute those test strategies, including Business Analysis, IT, TOC, and Call Center teams to ensure projects are fully vetted, implemented and communicated to all stakeholders. In addition, works with creative agencies, Production Operations and internal research teams to execute breakthrough tests. Results are measured against very specific membership metrics that support the Client Dashboard Goals. The position requires a significant amount of leadership supervising others who contribute to the direct mail planning, execution and analysis in order to implement the Association’s member acquisition direct mail campaigns. This position reports into the Director, Direct Mail Channel.
