Marketing Manager

Our client, a leading full-service financial institution, is looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team for a long term contract in Dedham, MA.

This Marketing Manager will oversee 5-7 projects for the Debit Card Portfolio. Projects include, but are not limited to direct mailing campaigns, online marketing ideas, creating awareness of debit card program, and improving the onboarding of new customers.

Primary Functions: Partner with internal and external business partners to develop an integrated marketing and communications solutions to drive improved performance within our debit card portfolio.

Position Accountabilities:
1.Partner with internal colleagues within product and segment marketing, line of business stakeholders, and channel/distribution partners to ensure effective and measurable marketing activities that will support the goal of increased awareness, activation and usage of our debit card products to improve cross-sell, activation and retention of CFG debit card holders.

2.Spearhead implementation of marketing communications, including strategy development and support of creative execution across direct, retail, and online channels, ensuring the programs are implemented on brand, on strategy, and in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

3.Manage budgets and forecasts for integrated marketing programs

4.Facilitate ongoing status meetings with internal and external partners to ensure all parties are in sync with and accountable for their deliverables to support marketing efforts.

Experience: 5-10 years managing consumer and/or B-to-B marketing programs, with understanding of customer segmentation and consumer payment behavior. Knowledge of debit/payments products and a financial services background a plus. Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree
Technical Skills:
•Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
•Project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage projects from inception through completion
•Ability to manage multiple priorities at a time (may be managing anywhere from 2-4 projects at a time)
•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
•Ability to work well with a team
•Development and implementation of 1-to-1 channel initiatives including direct mail, telemarketing, online and e-mail experience (for direct marketing position)
