This marketing manager position has the opportunity to help develop the marketing department for a rapidly growing company with locations in 22 countries. We are seeking a high energy professional with the ability to manage customer acquisition initiatives. This exciting position will have great breadth. You will manage online advertising (search campaigns, site advertising, email campaigns,…) plus offline initiatives (direct mail, brand, video, sales,…). To be successful in this role, you will need to be comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with an eye toward details and deadlines. The position requires a person who takes initiative yet gets the need for thorough cross functional communication. You will work directly with the Director of Customer Acquisition to generate sales and refine strategies. Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in marketing consumer brands

• E-commerce experience with on-line advertising, search marketing, and partnerships

• Leadership ability; demonstrated competence to lead cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver on time, on budget, with outstanding results

• Results orientation; demonstrated history of achieving top and bottom line results including demonstrated ability to achieve results in the absence of large budgets

• Outstanding people skills; team leader and collaborator with high integrity and character

• Analytical ability; demonstrated ability in identifying opportunities through analysis and bringing those opportunities to fruition

• Executional ability; can prioritize, lead, and complete multiple projects within aggressive timelines

• Budget management experience; success in managing within a defined budget

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. This person needs to be comfortable working at times with the executive level.

• Experienced in managing marketing agencies from client side

• MBA or equivalent work experience

• Product management experience is a plus

• Brand management experience a plus
