Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Corporate Marketing Manager with a strong background in partnering with creative agencies for the execution of integrated marketing campaigns.

Essential Responsibilities
• Implement marketing plan tactics to enroll and engage providers in the our client's product program.
• Oversee agency design and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns including direct mail, trade show promotions, e-marketing, trade advertising.
• Manage creative agency to produce and execute campaigns
• Develop media, editorial. PR plans.
• Work collaboratively with sales counterparts to leverage and adapt provider programs and sales tools and collateral
• Work with industry/specialty consultants, trade associations, other industry partners to develop educational opportunities via media, webinars.
• Monitor Voice of the Customer (VOC) through advisory boards.
• Partner with consumer marketing to identify opportunities to drive repeat usage
• Adhere to marketing budget by submitting estimates and processing invoices

Qualifications/Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree
• 3+ years hands-on marketing experience at an agency or on client-side
• Experience managing relationships with creative agencies
• Experience managing all aspects of direct mail projects, including list pulling/data processing instructions, creative and copy review, proofs, and mailhouse instructions.

Desired Characteristics
• Experience collaborating with Sales teams
• Experience in marketing campaign measurement
• Flexible, high energy, self-starter with an emphasis on action rather than analysis.

Able to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects with little supervision
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience using salesforce.com a plus
