Marketing Manager

Our client is a leading fashion brand with a global presence. This role reports into the GM.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop the brand marketing strategy in line with the group strategy – including PR, advertising, branding, email, digital, social.
• Develop marketing activity plans and budgets to deliver the brand strategy and oversee the implementation in Australasia across retail, online and concession.
• Implementation
• Work with the CRM Manager to develop brand specific cardholder campaigns and budgets.
• Align and manage marketing spend against brand/marketing objectives and budgets to ensure:
o Activities are delivered on or under budget
o Brand Marketing project sheets are updated monthly by team members and reviewed/managed
o Monthly budget review meetings are conducted with Finance.
• Work with Group Digital Operations Manager to develop web content updates (including mobile) as well as iapp refreshes (ipad and iphone) etc.
• Manage the social media channels (eg Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest, Instagram etc) and blogger outreach programs.
• Manage the creative briefing process and response.
• Manage brand specific creative agency relationships including regular reviews and contract/fee negotiation ensuring contractual obligations are met in a timely manner (eg payment terms).
• Manage the production process relating to digital, print, PR and VM ensuring all imagery and final artwork specifications are addressed.
• Oversee the production of styleguides and sample ordering.
• Review/approve all campaign collateral, e-store product and price copy.
• Create and maintain production schedules from brief to final sign off.
• Attend shoots when possible to ensure delivery of on brand/on brief results.
• Signing off all final artwork and proofs for colour correctness and re-touching.
• Oversee creative direction and styling for all events such as media showings, board presentations, store launches etc.
• Conduct post analysis of brand marketing campaigns.
• Management of direct reports ensuring regular feedback and ongoing development.
• Drive a performance achievement culture through ongoing direction, motivation and coaching of team members.

This is a great role for a marketing manager with circa 7-10 years experience; small team and collaborative culture.
