• Develops and implements strategic marketing plans for the assigned region or market segment(s).
• Identifies and services specific marketing needs for assigned internal lines of business.
• Creates and maintains effective departmental policies and procedures. Monitors the quality of the work produced.
• Ensures adequate staff and materials are in place for effective operations.
• Controls departmental expenses.
• Ensures compliance with all related legal requirements and banking regulations.
• Has authority concerning staffing, performance evaluations, promotions, salary recommendations and terminations.
• Provides guidance to subordinate supervisors and staff.
• Other duties as assigned.
