This is a fantastic, Contract-to-Hire opportunity to work with an established organization, in a Marketing Communications support role.

Responsibilities Include:
• Manage the planning and execution of Corporate Marketing projects and programs
• Support Product Managers through launches helping to create collateral materials
• Help develop appropriate messaging for collateral materials
• Support global sales programs and promotions
• Support Channel/Marketing Communications programs and activities
• Support the sales team in creation and distribution of product collateral material, direct mail campaigns and promotional activities
• Assists in the planning, scheduling and coordination of trade shows, conferences, seminars and other corporate events
• Oversee event budgets, timelines, ordering and logistics required for the successful execution of corporate-attended events
• Develop, produce and distribute updates to price lists, case studies, product comparison sheets, advertising reprints, marketing analysis data, and other related information
• Write, edit and distribute marketing collateral for channel partners and end users

Requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in Marketing or related
• 5 + years directly related work experience in Marketing, Advertising, Public relations or Sales
• Experience in a corporate marketing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Leadership/management ability--Ideally you will have directly managed others
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Experience in some graphics software is a plus!
• Minimal travel may be required
