Marketing Manager

In this role you will be part of a cross-functional team of discipline experts including PR, partner engagement, and research. Key responsibilities are brand management, creating integrated marketing campaigns and maintaining marketing ‘content channels’ and driving Go To Market (GTM) activities that shape audience perceptions and drive business results – this role is key to the success of our sales force.

This role will lead cross-product and cross-audience strategy and execution of GTM and content activity through seamless integration in partnership with other key stakeholders. They will be responsible for the strategic development, management and integration of marketing communication campaigns, collateral and training which aligned to the business objectives. This role also has day-to-day agency management responsibility for appointed creative agencies.

A primary focus of this role will be the development, execution and planning of brand strategy, marketing content campaigns and messaging. Additionally, this position plays a central role in partnering with global leads to land global activity and campaigns, leveraging digital marketing vehicles and driving perception reinforcing digital interactions with customers as well as demand generation goals. Drives on-going improvements in efficacy of campaign spend, both from a cost and impact / return perspective.

This role contributes to overall trade marketing strategy and implements detailed tactics, all with a high level of impact on customer experiences. Implementing quality in communication and target group messaging by creating localized messaging from the global campaign strategies into relevant market approach.

This role is also responsible for budget management and creative agency budget and accuracy in campaign planning: media-mix versus effective target messaging.

Key Accountabilities

1) Brand: Execute perception changing campaign, working with all members of marketing team and other key stakeholders

2) Liaising with the global team to localize and deliver the global campaign activity to launch to market

3) Bring our products to life for Sales: Working with the sales specialists team, create and deliver a range of new sales collateral, sales training for the different audiences which aligns to the framework

4) Go-to-market (GTM) Materials and Training: Plan and launch new GTM material to support new advertising product launches and ‘Top Solutions led conversations’

5) Channel Management: Maintenance and daily management of website, internal intranet resources, internal communications + newsletters and social channels in partnership with PR

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

1) Essential Experience
• It is essential you are a digitally savvy marketer and understand the media and advertising business
• Well-rounded marketer with trade and commercial experience; must be a creative, dynamic and forward thinking individual who has a passion for media and technology
• Strategic business sense and vision (strategic thinking and analytical skills)
• Strong ability to influence and impact
• Strong project management skills
• Must be able to balance planning and daily execution
• Strong creative sensibility – but can bring the wow factor to our brand campaigns!
• Detail oriented work style - a MUST
• Solid marketing communications understanding, preferably in trade or technology marketing, including interactive
• Experience working client or digital advertising agency is a plus
• Innovative – able to identify new opportunities and make them happen!
