Marketing Manager

Medical Device company in San Diego is looking for a Marketing Manager for a 3-4 month contract.

Manage go-to-market tactics, programs, and messaging.
Analyze website and current content, make recommendation to optimize traffic.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing materials and offer recommendation for future materials.
Manage detailed execution of new programs to ensure on time launch with all required materials.
Effectively communicate trends to organization, including to Sr. Management & Sales.
Lead cross-functional teams in driving the execution of key business building initiatives from inception to launch.
Drive effective integration of plans/activities with other functional areas.
Conduct market research and identify key insights; develop actions from research findings.
Develop and manage budget.
Provide direction via clearly written briefs and leadership to internal creative departments.
Manage key opinion leaders.
This position is not for product life cycle management.


QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Experience generating awareness, preference and loyalty.
Web marketing.
Able to think strategically and translate opportunities into action plans.
Program development and effectiveness management.
Strong presentation skills and communications skills.
Strong analytical skills and results orientation.
Ability to collaborate and works well within teams.
Marketing experience in the medical device is a plus.
Clinical knowledge of sleep or related physiology, a plus, but not necessary
Able to work with little supervision.
