Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Participation in rhythm of the business (ROB) initiatives which include annual marketing & account plans, budget setting, quarterly marketing & account plans, business reviews and regular reporting
• Collaboration with Office Category Managers to localize & execute worldwide marketing plans
• Collaboration with Account Management / Retail Services Team to ensure account plans are in place and in alignment with Office local category marketing plans
• Supporting Account Management on seasonal campaign program planning and execution directly with the retailers as necessary
• Collaboration with Business Management to ensure accurate forecasts result in sufficient product supply in support of channel execution / promotion plans
• Identification of market opportunities that deliver profitable unit & revenue growth
• Influencing software aisle assortment to deliver on targets
• Driving retail & distribution Office (PC & Mac) product unit / revenue initiatives and managing associated channel marketing funds
• Driving training & merchandising strategy with Retail Services and Account Management team
• Manage & monitor program performance with regular results & insight reporting for continued improvement and optimization

Qualifications:
• Drive for results with demonstrated track record of exceeding targets
• Minimum 5-years of experience in marketing with focus on category or channel management
• Experience working directly with Account Management teams and / or retailers
• 4-year degree in Business or Marketing
• Demonstrated success in executing channel / retail marketing initiatives
• Strong understanding of Canadian consumer electronics / retail landscape
• Business acumen, customer / partner / team focus and creative thinking
