Marketing Manager

Our client is looking for a cross-functional marketing manager responsible for marketing message, strategy development and implementation. This position will:
• Develop strategies and tactics to effectively reach our target audience and help our business partners meet their goals
• Work with our business partners to thoroughly understand the programs and processes that will be offered to customers
• Work across marketing channels and be responsible for integration across communication channels
• Provide leadership and direction for integrated marketing strategies
• Have close interaction with business partners and other marketing program managers
• Facilitate and effectively manager cross-functional workgroups
• Find the answers to questions, reach out to new contacts with questions, drive for solutions and question the status quo
• Quickly document results of conversations, meetings and turn these documents into actionable next steps and tactics
• Have oversight and approval of all marketing messaging and testing strategies throughout the creative process.
• Leverage voice of the customer research to maximize effectiveness of all communication
• Present to senior leadership on a regular basis

Required Skills:
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of five (5) years of marketing or consulting experience, preferably in a financial services, real estate or relevant consumer-driven industry.
Ability to work independently and solve complex business problems.
Ability to juggle multiple and conflicting priorities.
Good relationship development and negotiating skills; able to earn respect and trust among internal business partners and team members.
Ability to think strategically (“big picture”), but a willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and work through the tactics to ensure successful marketing plan execution.
Motivated team player with a positive, can-do attitude; must be comfortable with continuously changing opportunities and priorities.
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills and professional demeanor.
Strong PC skills, including Powerpoint, Word, Excel and Visio.
Experience working in a large corporate environment with multiple stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
Direct marketing experience.
