Are you an organized and skilled Marketing Manager with strong Asset & Wealth Management experience? If so we have an exciting opportunity in NYC for you with a TOP Fortune 500 company. This role will be with their Managed Solutions and Strategy Team who set strategies, and develop, manage and market multi-asset managed portfolios. 

The key to being successful in this role is having investments marketing experience, be creative, and be able to form close partnerships with marketing colleagues, Creative Services, interactive marketing, legal/compliance, infrastructure and all other groups that support the business. This high-profile role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate interested in working closely with business partners on branding, messaging, and creating high impact marketing materials and campaigns aimed at increasing our managed solutions flows. 

Let’s take a look at the responsibilities for this role: 

• You will partner with the Senior Marketing Manager in executing marketing programs to launch new portfolios and reposition existing ones to Private Bank prospects and clients 
• You will develop sales tools to support Bankers and Investment Specialists (articles, product profiles, PowerPoint presentations) 
• You will create internal communications for new marketing pieces, including launch emails, implementation guides and front office tool kits 
• You will collaborate with partners across the organization including Creative Services, Digital Marketing, MSS IR, Legal and Compliance to ensure messaging and tools are consistent and deliver results 

Required Skills 
• You must have the ability to build relationships with strong communication skills to influence stakeholders across a large, matrixed organization 
• You must have strong writing, editing and presentation design skills 
• You must have excellent project management, problem-solving and relationship management skills 
• You must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail 
• You must have the ability to perform well in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment 
• You must be able to work with Adobe, PowerPoint and Excel 
• You must have a Bachelor's degree required 
• You must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in investments marketing or relevant investments-related business
