Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving a best-in-class customer experience, helping to drive sales and innovation in the fast-growth Fashion business. She/he will be responsible for optimizing the site experience by ensuring content is presented with an elevated, relevant look and feel, the merchandised product is current and on trend,  while helping their business partners drive sales through innovative and out of the box ideas. The successful candidate will be motivated by an entrepreneurial, fast-paced and highly collaborative environment and be passionate about the fashion industry and wardrobe styling.

Some of the first projects this role will tackle are:
•       Effectively build customer experiences through rich content and navigation
•       Analyze performance of site content and develop strategies for enhancements
•       Curate relevant and on trend collections of product within the storefront 
•       Drive site improvements to completion by managing projects with web developers, fashion editors, designers, buyers and other marketing managers
•       Work closely with the business teams, marketing team, fashion editors, and email managers to optimize promotional efforts and help meet business needs
•       Partner with fashion editors, buyers and vendor managers to create best in class content, tailored to appropriate customers
•       Plan, develop, and execute cross-site events
