Marketing Manager

Top 3 Daily Responsibilities 
- Building relationships within other industries, brands, and communities (weaving, startups, etc…) to generate opportunities, develop interest and capture feedback 
- Developing a brand ambassador program and influencers (find, guidelines, engaged) 
- Identifying key moments and opportunities to continue driving awareness of the platform, partner announcements and product launches. 

Overall Responsibilities: 
- Owning social media / content strategy (calendar, creation of assets, etc..) 
- Community management 
- Helping drive execution and production of creative assets for product launches working with the product and marketing teams, as well as external agencies. 

Required Qualifications 
- BS Degree in any field 
- 4+ years of relevant consumer marketing and or community / social management 
- Experience planning and executing multiple, complex marketing programs 
- Superb Project Management skills: including managing agencies, vendors and large projects 
- Thrives in ambiguity. 

Nice to Have Skills: 
- Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against aggressive deadlines. 
- Passionate about exploring the creative boundaries around product development, awareness, and developing relationships with consumers, influencers and brands. 
- Excellent communication skills with ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally, and with partners 
- Ability to effectively communicate and lead projects from concept to completion and lead, manage, and motivate virtual teams and outside agencies. 
- Scrappy, proactive, team player, positive energy. 
- Communications / Social
