The connectivity team focuses on fulfilling the mission for the the 2/3 of the world's population not yet online.  Most of the work focuses on reaching unconnected and under-connected consumers in emerging markets throughout Asia, Africa, and Latin America - either directly or by working with partners. This company is seeking an organized, experienced marketer to help drive strategic insights around our existing programs and improve scalability of our efforts in 60+ countries around the world.  

Core responsibilities include:

  • Audit, organize, and standardize existing creative assets that are shared with partners and ultimately used in consumer campaigns
  • Standardize consumer-focused messaging (FAQs, marketing copy, etc.) and manage localization and translation processes
  • Analyze past co-marketing campaign results and compile learnings into standardized template to drive strategic insights
  • Work closely with agency partners to manage development and deployment of partner marketing portal
  • Develop best practices for campaign processes, timing, and resources to be shared with cross-functional teams and used to inform growth strategy


  • 5+ years experience in marketing
  • Interest in connectivity and helping to improve Internet access in emerging markets
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and highly cross-functional environment
  • Proven project management skills - especially in managing external vendors and complex, multi-faceted initiatives
  • Demonstrated skills working on both strategic and tactical levels
  • Past work with partners, co-marketing, and/or emerging markets are all highly valued


  • BA/BS degree with strong academic background or equivalent experience
  • MBA preferred
