Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager 
Duties: 
Execute the overall business marketing strategy that will result in driving business growth in Turkey 
Execute world-class marketing campaigns for all Our Client marketing products across the agency and brand advertiser customer base in Turkey 
Execute Our Client representation on industry-events and conferences in close cooperation with agencies and/or our events team 
Create and execute Our Client owned events in close cooperation with agencies and/or our events team 
Develop marketing materials designed to enhance our advertisers', agency partners' and the industry's understanding of Our Client-advertising and -marketing 
Work closely with cross-functional counterparts (Sales, PR, Measurement, Creative, etc.) to ensure cohesion and scalability for advertising messaging, campaigns and product launches 


Ongoing event support: 

Initiatives: 

Medium events (~100 attendees) 2-3 times a quarter 
Big events 2-3 times a year (150-500 attendees) 
Other initiatives (VIP dinners, workshops, ongoing swag production) 

Managing events calendar 
Managing clients & event database, creating invitee lists for each event in coordination with the Sales Reps and clients' Database 
Invitations design, production and mailing (through internal resources or 3rd party) 
RSVP tracking & monitoring 
Pre and post event surveys – tracking, monitoring and analysis 
Events operation 
Coordinating onsite facilities for each event e.g. catering, meeting rooms, event space, IT, SOC and reception with the event agency 



Skills: Agencies/Marketing: 

Run the workshop calendar for agencies and clients, Organize according to the needs, swag, venue, trainer calendar 
Follow up with the Content Agency for digital assets of case studies 
Support research and local insights studies 
Support with marketing materials and assets for all events and initiatives 
Agency or client take-over marketing activation production 
Manage warehouse/storage room and inventory 
Support in building digital campaign 


Scale global programs into local activations to grow our Client’s portal revenue in both mature and developing markets in EMEA. 
Consult and work with Global Marketing team and EMEA Country Marketing teams to help shape feature marketing based on industry needs. 
Help to develop the strategy and drive execution for a successful go-to-market plans in EMEA 
Develop innovative and effective methods or internal tools for GBM EMEA working with XFN partners.
