Marketing Manager

We are hiring a holiday merchandiser to help with our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will help with on-site placements (scheduling and creating campaigns), email campaigns, product set-up, catalog management, and daily sales and traffic reporting. In a role that is functional and process-based, you must have an acute attention to detail, be able to manage a large volume of assets and operate with a high level of accuracy, all at a fast pace. You are the voice of our products and as such must be able to write in a clear, concise and accurate manner. This role will report into the Senior Manager, Marketing. 

- can start earlier than 10/2 if possible 
-The shifts will be Monday-Friday, contractor needs to be on site, no OT will be required. 
- Interviews will be held via phone screen. then brought on for a final on site interview 
- This is a team of 4 people who manage content strategy, emails, and gift cards that are sold on site 
- This temp will be responsible for creating and editing campaigns through the full cycle during the 3 month assignment. 
- Experience in eCommerce, Merchandising or Digital Marketing 

- Bachelor’s degree 
- Outstanding computer skills including MS Excel 
- Strong written communication skills 
- High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously 
- Able to work in an ambiguous, 'internet-speed' environment 
- Good decision-making, problem solving and follow through skills 
- Experience with online marketing, campaign management, and email creation required 


Job Responsibilities 
- Drive marketing programs to build Payments brand awareness and adoption, including providing direct sales team with collateral and tools 
- Plan and deliver online campaigns, including email campaigns and placements as well as seller and solution provider websites 
- Create collateral and sales tools for direct sales team and events 
- Create marketing content for personal and business sections of website, collaborating with designer on layout and graphics 
- Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance campaigns and improve performance 
- Work effectively across organizational boundaries to define, manage, and prioritize work
