Title: Marketing Manager

 

About the role

 

My Client, the worlds leading foreign exchange specialist with over 1,000 stores across the globe and presence at the world’s largest international airports, are on the look out for an action orientated Marketing Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to head up their retail marketing operation.

 

The ideal candidate will come with solid retail marketing experience with a proven track record of driving growth and attributing success to marketing activities. The role will support all customer streams including retail, wholesale and corporate, therefore your ability to demonstrate strategic, measurable and well thoughts out marketing programs from strategy to execution will be imperative.

 

What will you be responsible for?

 

  • In store customer experience
  • Manage all customer facing channels and campaigns from brief writing, creation and reporting
  • Manage internal CRM
  • Leverage and nurture current internal and external (agency) partners
  • Support brand identity work
  • Own the launch of international campaigns & initiatives
  • Deliver strategy to capitalize on key marketing moments (i.e. Olympic Games, World Cups, etc)

 

Do you have the experience and expertise our clients are looking for right now?

 

  • BA or equivalent minimum
  • A minimum of 4 – 5 years experience in global/enterprise level organization
  • Excellent writing, proof reading and communication skills
  • Expert in all key components of marketing (including email, retail and knowledge of key marketing disciplines)
  • Commercial acumen
  • Understanding of customers, competition and market insights
  • Reporting and presentation of findings
