Marketing Manager

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical marketer to join the global marketing team at our client.  You're a strategic and deeply analytical marketer who will work with cross-functional teams to help uncover new ways to engage with the audience, creating a delightful user experience and deepening user engagement. You will be working with a subscriptions and core marketing and product teams to create synergies between in-product cues and media promotions to drive great content discoverability and navigation, as well as trial of apps and subscription product. You will partner with our insights team, central media team, and the agencies to track and understand relevant media insights and performances.

As a marketing manager, you are a fully dedicated business leader, shaping the future of one of client's many products. Whether you're on a consumer product or a business product, you take part in a complete marketing experience as you lead every facet of the product's journey. From determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, feature prioritization and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a loyal consumer base. This means you work with a cross-functional team across sales, corporate communications, legal, webmasters, product development, engineering and more.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage assigned programs globally
- Lead Year-End B2B program components 
- Oversee analytics and insights for scaled programs to drive data-driven strategies.
- Work cross-functionally with partners from PR, Sales, B2C, and Research.

Required Skills:
- BA or BS Degree
- At least 6 years of relevant marketing/program management experience, with progressively increasing responsibility
- Outstanding analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform business decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; demonstrated track record working across complex cross-functional teams

Nice to Have:
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding and highly creative marketing achievements
- Strong knowledge of the digital media and video marketing landscape
- Exemplary execution and problem solving skills, resourcefulness, and attention to detail
- Outstanding communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
