Marketing Manager

Work within the fast-paced strategic technologies team, managing the brand and its various product lines -- tablets, wearables, voice-controlled baby monitor, etc)

  • Manage short and long term marketing plans, which may include retail marketing programs, ecommerce promotions, and trade events.
  • Manage creative execution with a cross-functional team, including Creative, Hardware/Software, Sales and Customer Care.
  • Apply an understanding of customer lifecycle, customer insights, and an omni-channel sales goal to existing and new marketing programs.
  • Work collaboratively with marketing, PR and social counterparts to create a 360 degree; fully integrated marketing approach.
  • Apply an understanding of customer lifecycle, customer insights, and an omni-channel sales goal to existing and new marketing programs.
  • Ability to create and present marketing presentations and performance reports to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with copywriter to create ad campaign copy and customer copy.

Skills: Experience, Education & Skills;
Minimum 7 years (4 years with MBA) experience in brand marketing or communications.
Advanced understanding of marketing principles and best practices, particularly in digital marketing.
Demonstrated leadership experience in marketing/brand management.
Advanced understanding of business objectives related to marketing/brand management.
Advanced management skills; strong strategic planning skills.
Advanced conceptual and analytical skills.
Excellent written/verbal communications and presentation skills with an ability to gain buy-in from various stakeholders.
