Are you a Marketing Manager who has experience managing, developing and implementing consumer marketing activities that generate awareness, strengthen loyalty and expand distribution? I have a fantastic opportunity for a 4-6 month full-time contract with a potential to go perm. Responsibilities: • Budgeting and Annual Strategic Planning Responsible for tracking monthly budget under your control including accurate accruals and phasing. Candidate will be actively involved with the Annual Sales Planning process, developing the strategy and supporting tactics as well as future 3 year outlook. These planning processes require cross functional communication with Sales. • Brand Management Responsible for ongoing management of pricing with recommendations based upon regional market dynamics including unit volume and competitive positioning. Drive market research, focus groups and product packaging to support ongoing brand equity initiatives. • Analysis - Redemption and Insights Ongoing evaluation of all activation programs against KPI and ROI and ROO. Create monthly reports to be shared with the internal team on how all programs are performing with full transparency • Develop Innovative Pull Through Programs Support Key Accounts and Independent Retailers through competitive evaluation and research across a variety of CPG categories developing strategic and cost effective pull through programs. We operate in a culture of innovation and continuous process improvement. • Digital Marketing Manage website including: google analytics, driving traffic and customer acquisition. Execute monthly coupon programs to existing and new databases. Establish needs, strategy ownership, providing recommendations and keeping alignment with consumer targets and focus. • Agency/Vendor Management and Selection Manage several strategic partners and agencies for cost efficiency and adherence to tight deadlines. Explore and investigate new partners that can be utilized for the betterment of the business. • Legal Review All our consumer activation programs will need to be reviewed with our in house and external legal teams insuring we are properly following guidelines. Requirements & Qualifications: • BA/BS Degree is required • 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role that includes consumer and/or promotion management/sweepstakes/execution (CPG preferred) with experience managing tight deadlines. • Highly organized: ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and set appropriate priorities with manager alignment. • A proven self-starter and creative problem solver with strong analytical skills • Excellent interpersonal skills: a consensus builder, works cross functionally and is motivating and engaging • Excellent computer skills with extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook • Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent presentation skills and a positive attitude with ability to adapt to shifting business needs.
