Our client, in the health space, is searching for a Marketing Manager. Right now the role is a long term contract that has the chance of converting perm in 2018. The role is full time and onsite in Charlestown.

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive the business pipeline and retain existing clients. This role is responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing activities that drive brand awareness, consideration, adoption and engagement. We are looking for a results-driven marketer, with experience in deploying both classic and innovative marketing tactics to build the brand and drive business growth.

This position will work cross-functionally with sales, client engagement, product, digital and analytics colleagues across the organization to connect marketing strategy to key enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Define specific value propositions for assigned products/programs and target audience/buyer personas, translating impactful content into a results-generating campaigns.
• Collaborate with colleagues to identify differentiating opportunities and ensure those opportunities are properly and effectively marketed. Work closely with Sales to generate and qualify leads.
• Execute promotions, advertising, event /trade shows, direct marketing, digital, email and social media tactics identified in plans.
• Utilize search engine marketing tactics to generate site traffic and convert site traffic through call to actions, landing pages, and lead generation content
• Develop a robust, scalable client communications program focused on engaging and cross-selling
• Track and report on campaign performance data
• Manage assigned marketing budget to ensure effective and efficient spend.
• Launch and manage marketing / Salesforce platforms improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Job requirements
• BA/BS in Business, Marketing or a related field. MBA preferred but not required
• 7+years of marketing experience in all aspects of customer marketing including; direct response, advertising, digital, social, email, promotions and customer segmentation.
• Well-versed in B2B and B2C marketing strategies and tactics.
• Advanced knowledge of digital marketing strategies, particularly Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Google Analytics
• In-depth understanding of using social media to drive results, with emphasis on Linked In / Elevate
• Strong email experience, with excellent writing skills, with solid expertise with content development
• Experience managing agency and vendor relationships (advertising, print, production)
