Marketing Manager

Analysis and Insights
Work across the Partner and Marketing teams to manage and track program spend investments, communicate ways to improve ROI based on insights and best practices
Support the business and Finance by driving analysis and reporting around product margin, promo effectiveness, revenue adjustments to ensure a financially healthy business
Ensure that Partner reporting data is valid and accurate while working with the Partner team to resolve required escalations
Supply Chain - develop accurate SKU level forecasts, ensure supply availability with operations and healthy inventory at Distribution

Product Marketing
Support and manage the marketing programs that drive demand
Work alongside the team to scale our content through our customer, field and partner channels to accelerate sales motion
Educate the team on share progress, marketplace insights, vertical trends and competitive benchmarking in order to identify/highlight opportunities
Engage with commercial customers, partners, and product fans through events and product demos

Experiences Required: Key Experiences, Skills and Knowledge:
Motivation to learn and support a business across all functional parts including finance, sales, marketing, and supply chain
Device business or large brand channel experience desired
Financial acumen and solid experience with data manipulation using advanced feature in Microsoft Excel
Understanding of Microsoft’s sales processes, tools, and programs
Strong communication skills for customer or partner engagement including product demos
Ability to effectively collaborate with various groups across Microsoft

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance/accounting
Motived new grads are an option with relevant tier 1 coop experiences
