Marketing Manager

We're looking for a talented, experienced and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager to support our global Brick & Mortar Gift Cards business. Joining the Brick & Mortar Gift Card team means partnering with a dynamic and creative group who set a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment. The Marketing Manager will be the primary owner of our web and mobile customer experiences globally and assist with content creation and customer acquisition campaigns for new product launches. You will be working with our retail and platform teams as well as our internal operations and product management functions to raise the visual bar and customer experience for our businesses.

The successful candidate is passionate about understanding our customers, has deep marketing and site merchandising experience, and is able to influence and execute with external partners and internal teams. You will be able to use your marketing savvy to build and execute powerful marketing, communication and customer acquisition programs. In this role, the Marketing Manager will not only generate ideas, but transform them into scalable programs for our teams around the globe. They will be motivated to work in a fast-paced and highly entrepreneurial environment

ADDITIONAL KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

· Owning the customer-facing global web and mobile experience for the Brick & Mortar gift card business
· Execution of marketing plans via targeting onsite, mobile, and email campaigns using internal tools
· Driving promotions targeted at current customers using B&M gift card products
· Analyzing the results of launched initiatives and driving improvements through scalable, efficient new processes
· Identifying internal and external platform and tool improvements that would help our marketing efforts, and champion their development
· Creative asset production in multiple languages (in partnership with Creative Services and internal design team)

Required skills:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
· 3+ years in experience in Marketing, Site Merchandising, Product Management, Brand Management or related field
· Proficiency with Content Management Systems and ability to edit basic HTML and XML
· Proven track record of influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units
· Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong writing and copyediting skills
· Proficiency in Excel

Preferred skills:
· Deep knowledge of merchandising, which includes understanding internal tools such as Bullseye, RSP/PAWS, Content Symphony, Revelation/Sonar and different site placements such as Sparkles, House Ads, etc.
· Technical skills in HTML and CSS to implement widgets and site placements and an eye for great design, content writing and customer experience.
· Experience with customer survey technologies like Qualtrics
