AQUENT is seeking a talented Marketing Manager with a blend of marketing, customer insights, analytics, digital product and process experience.


This position will be supporting a Digital Brand Strategy Team. This team oversees customer facing digital products including a Ratings & Reviews program.

Responsible for managing day-to-day work in the Ratings & Reviews program including, reading through reviews for all products and looking for trends, utilizing a text analytics platform to categorize top themes in the review text, hosting quarterly insights calls with the different product teams enrolled in our Ratings & Reviews program, managing the email process requesting customer reviews, and pulling reports from Adobe Analytics for Ratings & Reviews pages KPIs. The role will also support ad hoc Ratings & Reviews requests and projects including creating a "Ratings & Reviews" in marketing best practices and examples, updating the email creative and internal documentation on the program.

Will manage various aspects of business projects - including project planning and design, implementing strategic and tactical initiatives, and ensuring, that the final product meets the original project requirements. Support Project Manager in developing and maintaining project schedule including identification of tasks, duration, resources, dependencies, critical path and work calendar.

Business Responsibilities:
• Attend meetings and work with Marketing strategists to understand objective of solicitation/internal objectives
• Promote Brand awareness and manage consistency
• Coordinate any internal documentation
• Initiate recommendations to improve routing and creative process and ways of improving the overall efficiencies

Experience:
2+ years experience in an organizational role, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
1+ years experience in digital marketing and/or website work
Experience in web analytics (Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics) is preferable.

Industry Knowledge:
Confident in leading marketing projects for multiple clients. Proven ability to quickly ramp up on expectations of client. Actively researches, learns and incorporates new means and methods whenever and wherever possible to improve processes.
