Marketing Manager

This Company Store has become one of the largest retailers of Company products on a worldwide basis and is poised for significant growth in 2016. Furthermore, the expansion of our direct channel continues to help us showcase technology and illuminate our innovation story, by transforming the buying and service experience for our customers.
To fuel this continued growth, we are looking to add an international project manager our team locally, to help support our worldwide online sales channel, focusing on Canada, Brazil, Mexico and Latin America specifically on inventory management, submitting price changes, verifying EOL’s, submitting promos, managing stop assortments and product onboarding.
Key accountabilities:
• Inventory management and catalogue updates
o Assist with identifying and initiating resolution for out of stock, managed inventory, and other inventory related issues
o Monitor and submit price changes as made by the buying team
o EOL products as needed through a vetting process between stakeholders
o Stop Assortment monitoring and communication
o Update general announcement dates for games to ensure accuracy online

• Project Management
o Main contributor in updating information on the internal sharepoint
o Review incoming Roadmap feature requests from International contacts, request any missing or clarifying information from requestor
o PM ratings and reviews on store – international support for tool support and feature improvements, attend meetings, liaison between US and stakeholders
o Manage regular conference calls and meeting schedules with Store field organization
o Track and manage responses for all inquiries and request from field stakeholders
o Consolidate and document learning and best practices throughout the fiscal year
o File and track tasks for onboarding and production
o Manage run-sustain tasks
o Manage the “Email me when available” tracker based on inventory availability
o Onboardings & date changes (through bugs)

• Promotions queue management
o Help the Regional teams to get the promotions live on the dates requested in the promo forms
o Work with legal to obtain T&Cs approval in a timely manner
o Work with merchandisers and buyers to get merch approval
o Enter in promotions into queue with necessary information
o Monitor change requests and update tickets as needed
o Work with merchandising/buying teams for any managed inventory needs
o PM any legal compliance projects in coordination with LCA
o Work with white labels (LATAM) – 3rd party vendor for promotions

• Product Onboarding
o Review daily product updates
o Resolve assortment issues with buying team
o Sort, consolidate new product onboarding requests by market
o Create onboarding tasks per market for production team
o Facilitate questions about onboarding’s from production team members
o Capture pre-orders, monitor start dates and update managed inventory as needed.

What you bring to the role:
• Strong experience and skill in project management, managing and tracking data and multi-tasking
• An understanding of product onboarding, inventory and sku management
• English and French language skills and experience of working with non-native language
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills is an asset (but not mandatory)
• Experience of working in a sales-driven business, preferably in online retail
• Experience of working with administrative tools
• Superb experience with Excel is a mandatory
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Visual Studio
• Self-starter and a proactive problem solver with a drive to achieve results
• Excellent organizational and communication/networking skills
• Degree or equivalent experience.
