Marketing Manager

We are looking for Sr. Marketing Manager with 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Marketing-related roles preferably with a focus on consumer retail/business for our client's e-retail Fortune 500 company. As the Sr. Marketing Manager who will be responsible for developing the strategy to attract, engage, and retain customers as well as for executing the marketing plan. He/she will identify data-driven opportunities for impactful campaigns, design sophisticated and innovative tests, report on business results to leadership, and quickly double down on campaigns that show success.

A successful candidate will have a broad skill set which demonstrates analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, deep curiosity to test and optimize, as well as an ability to think strategically and implement tactically. You must be able to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are not only able to develop and drive high-level strategic initiatives, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done. Maturity, strong business judgment, a customer-centric mindset, negotiation skills, ability to influence and analytical talent are essential to succeed in this role.

Basic Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
· 5+ years of experience in Marketing or Marketing-related roles preferably with a focus on consumer retail/business

Preferred Qualifications
· MBA preferred
· Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate credible forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
· Advanced user of pivot tables – ability to create insights from a flat file of data
· Familiarity with SQL preferred
· Strong written and oral communication skills
· Ability to think both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast paced environment
· Attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously
· Experience with content testing (A/B, multivariate)
· Experience with various marketing channels (social, display, event, email)
· Proven ability to create customer-facing content that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to an online audience
· Demonstrated experience using marketing metrics to drive business decisions
· Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
· Comfortable with a varied set of scheduling and editing tools. Ability to learn new too
