Marketing Manager

The role is responsible for driving marketing strategy, execution, analysis with our field sales and marketing teams to ensure that all of our marketing funds are successfully driving attainment of our sales goals and strategic KPIs. This position would also include some special projects related to events and other promotions. Additionally, this position would be involved in marketing analytics and contribution to the Rhythm of the Business process. The role will need to interact with field sales and marketing colleagues as well as stakeholders on the OEM Marketing teams.

The Partner Marketing Manager is part of the Account team and works with the WW Marketing Team, to explore new ways of engagement to drive sales of hardware and software attach as well as helping incubate new business projects.

This Partner Marketing Manager position supports and reports to the Global Account Director with the following responsibilities:
- Managing the quarterly HQ Marketing investments including:
• Plan creation, implementation and review.
• Proof of execution (POE) review.
• Budget planning and process setup support with team

- Managing the Featured Device Program
• Support the WW FDP seasonal process, data input, program requirements (Specs, Photography, liaise with engineering for WER requirements)
• Own and support device management for marketing events
• Tools expertise needed: Featured Device Tool, Device Dashboard

- Events and Promotions Work with the Global Account Director, as needed, on
• Event support (BYTE, START, AMP) including dinners, meetings and promotional materials
• Promotional material development for WW and local engagements
• Oversee purchase and management of seeding devices.

- Working with the Global Account Director to develop Half Yearly JMA Planning kits to share with regional teams and acting as a subject matter expert, as needed, to ensure field execution.
- Working with the Global Account Director, Lead and regional teams to support strategic marketing projects.
- Working with the Global Account Director on Events and promotional materials where needed.
