Marketing Manager

We're seeking a candidate to work on a short-term contract with one of our entertainment clients in Burbank. Responsibilities will include:

- Develop physical and digital distribution business plans for titles, including defining marketing strategy for each title, product positioning, volume justifications, street date analyses, product configurations, and managing fixed advertising costs.
- Communicate and manage tactical details with cross-functional teams (Creative Services, Promotions, Operations, Sales Administration, Media, Interactive Marketing, Research, Publicity, Sales, Legal and Management) Tasks would include writing media strategic brief, developing TV spot rotation, writing consumer creative brief, maintaining all title level updates in distributed reports, etc.
- Act as liaison between field sales and business units to ensure account and company objectives are achieved
- Coordinate retail account execution with Trade Marketing: Develop selling guides and retailer creative assets, review and approve trade materials, provide meta data direction, coordinate delivery of retail assets.
- Manage communication with Int’l territories. Share product strategies with other markets and gather key strategic and tactical information to help manage a consistent consumer message on a global basis. Drive global marketing initiatives and share best practices.
- Review and approve all creative materials for accuracy and brand integrity including promotional assets, PR clips, packaging, ad mat, one sheets, TV inset art, online banner ads, social media posts etc.
- Support Exec Director on ad hoc analysis and budget needs.
- Reporting, analysis, title ranking, discount/program communication, field sales support
