Our client is a global leader in the semiconductor and technology industry. It's a profitable company experiencing tremendous growth and the marketing group is busier than ever. The marketing department likes to shake things up by hiring people who have fresh and unique points of view who can help challenge their status quo. It's a 50 year old company with the entrepreneurial spirit of a start-up. Yearly employee satisfaction surveys are always very high and turnover is very low, it's a great place to work. The Marcom Manager/Associate Brand Manager is responsible for executing brand strategy and ensuring implementation of the Go-to-Market plan. The successful candidate will be proficient in successfully implementing plans which include advertising, promotions, collateral generation, SEM/SEO and social media. In collaboration with the Sr. Brand Manager, the brand manager will drive for results of the assigned technology or market brand. BRAND STRATEGY, MESSAGING AND GO TO MARKET EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Here's what will keep you busy:
Implement and manage the execution plans associated with the assigned technology and market/application brand strategy.
Act as primary point of contact for Corporate Marketing organization and regional marketing locations
Plan and implement marketing business plan for the associated brands
Act as lead for brand marketing plan to include advertising, promotions, collateral generation, SEO/SEM, website presence, social media, etc.
Track measurable stats for marketing programs
Provide market analysis for assigned brands
Coordinate market research to inform business units of new market and technology opportunities
Create and manage marketing collateral to foster brand identity and messaging
Partner with Sales Enablement team to develop and implement market and technology based training Here's what we're looking for:
A collaborative marketer with loads of energy and a positive outlook
5+ years planning and implementing marketing business plans and programs
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing preferred, and/or equivalent experience in a sales or distribution role
Understand inner workings of marketing infrastructure and what marketing vehicles best apply for assigned brand strategy
Strong collaboration skills to work cross-functionally and leverage best practices within marketing team
Strong communication (written & verbal) and influencing skills
Ability to work autonomously and plan work aligned to overall marketing strategy
Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize work based on strategic plan
Project Management skills
This position requires domestic and international travel as required
