Marketing Manager, Network Partnerships

Our media client owns and operates a valuable portfolio of news and entertainment television networks, a premier motion picture company, significant television production operations, a leading television stations group, world-renowned theme parks, and a suite of leading Internet-based businesses.

Responsibilities:
• Provide program ideation support to assigned sales teams and high-¬‐priority clients to help formulate innovative marketing strategies and promotional campaigns
• Develop and write integrated marketing proposals for clients in partnership with relevant divisions of the media company
• Work with various internal groups to obtain input and approval on client concepts -¬‐ programming, editorial, social, client partnerships, creative group, digital, media planning teams
• Design marketing materials that feature innovative presentation design and format to make impactful statements among large national client base
• Craft proposals that deliver client objectives and strategies, while maintaining the Media's brand
• Analyze effectiveness of campaigns and create case studies
• Use a variety of sales management tools and software to track and provide timely updates on accounts and deals

Skills required:
• Minimum 2-3 years of marketing-related experience at an agency, studio, media company or sales organization, where the individual participated in presentation, creative and promotions development
• Enjoys fast-paced environment and thrives as a creative thinker under pressure
• Excellent project management skills including proven ability to meet deadlines and initiate follow-through
• Ability to write clearly & concisely
• Strong PowerPoint skills required
• Design background in advertising/marketing a plus
• B.A. or B.S required from accredited university

Additional Qualifications:
• Strong interpersonal & communications skills with the ability to multi-task with quick turn-arounds
• Amenable to change
• Ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external (3rd party) organizations
• Experience at a design agency or in ad production preferred
• Team player who is prepared to work within the team and help out when deadlines, workload deem this necessary.
• Self-Starter who are assertive, enthusiastic and highly motivated.
