Vitamin T is currently in search of a Marketing Manager for our client in Metro Detroit. This is a long term opportunity!

Major Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and plans, including brand campaign and individual academic program marketing.

• Track marketing plans and budget. Provide monthly activity reports.

• Help to ensure that all initiatives support the marketing strategy and adhere to brand standards.

• Closely monitor marketing return on investment.

• Work with various departments to support and drive all marketing communications development.

• Oversee social media and digital marketing efforts, working closely with agency partners to optimize spend and support enrollment activities.

• Manage event marketing and execution.

• Act as day-to-day contact for ongoing marketing questions.

• Assist with marketing research projects.

• Work closely with marketing staff to ensure complete marketing integration.

• Develop and work with AVP on annual marketing dashboard.

• Keep abreast of new marketing opportunities and trends.

• Hire and supervise interns.

Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor degree required, preferably in related field.

• A minimum of five years professional level marketing experience required.

• Creative project management experience required.

• Ability to think strategically required.

• Brand management experience a plus.

• Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills required.

• Excellent writing, editing, proofing, and organizational skills required.

• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with faculty, staff and students.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interface at all levels of the organization required.

• Occasional participation in evening and weekend events required.
