This TOP social media company, head-quartered in Menlo Park, Ca is seeking a Marketing Manager who is passionate about emerging markets and the developer ecosystem to help support Internet.org's mission to connect the unconnected. Overall, the goal for this role is to drive engagement with and support for Internet.org (http://internet.org/) among software developers, particularly in key emerging markets where we operate. This position will be responsible for developing an overall plan and executing localized campaigns, case studies, videos, newsletters, and other assets that help achieve this goal. The ideal candidate is data-driven, has the ability to tune into the market landscape and trends to inform go-to-market strategy and execution, and can effectively work well with cross-functional colleagues across the company to drive results. This position is based in our main office in Menlo Park, CA.

**Responsibilities**

* Develop and execute market-specific strategic plans to increase developer awareness of, and support for Internet.org (http://internet.org/)
* Develop campaigns and assets to support the Partnership team's efforts to onboard developers on Free Basics
* Work with agency partners and internal stakeholders to create developer case studies across multiple mediums ( video, infographics, narratives, etc.), and other proof points that demonstrate the impact of Internet.org (http://internet.org/)
* Own the roadmap for the Internet.org (http://internet.org/) website. Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build out the site we need going forward
* Stay up-to-date with trends among developers in target emerging markets


Skills:
**Requirements**


* 5+ years professional experience in a corporate or startup environment

* Experience marketing to software developers
* Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships inside and outside Facebook
* Experiencing leading the creation and execution of multichannel marketing campaigns
* Experience running grassroots campaigns a big plus
* Experience managing website development and digital outreach programs
* Strong quantitative analytical ability and excellent communication skills
* Business/Marketing experience with international teams/agencies or launching products in emerging markets.
* Ability to travel frequently if needed
* Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organized
* Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment with little supervision

Education:
* BA/BS degree required, MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
