Marketing Manager / Consultant: Responsible for consulting, planning, developing and executing marketing and/or sales development programs for a business/channel/region in support of business/product line goals. Responsibilities may include any of the following: product/sales collateral design, development, distribution; regional/channel marketing and sales support including local advertising and brand awareness, sponsorships, promotions and sales campaigns; support for store openings; acquisition/utilization/retention/cross-sell initiatives; tracking, analysis and reporting on trends and program effectiveness/P&L impact, ensuring programs/projects adhere to compliance/privacy regulations and policies. Need to have experience developing digital and print collateral. Financial background not required however at least regulated (ie financial, healthcare/medical, insurance, etc) background would be preferred. Large corporate experience where there is strict brand guidelines. Any compliance/risk experience would be a plus. Project Management experience. Individual will need to be comfortable with online tools. Consults with line managers and recommends solutions to a wide range of difficult problems. May manage vendor relationships. May mentor lower level staff. Needs to have 4+ years of marketing experience.
PLEASE NOTE: Initial 4 months is part-time 20 hours per week (flexible hours/days) to cover maternity leave then shifts to full time in September (8-5) for 14 months. Talent will need to sit in Phoenix. Ideal start date is May 8.
