The Manager Marketing (MM) is responsible for the creation and implementation of seasonal site, email and promotional strategies. The MM will partner with the UK specialty retail team, global creative center and US/EU online marketing teams to build campaigns that engage customers and drive key business metrics.

Job Description:
• Execute marketing programs that includes campaign execution and performance measurement.
• Maintain and communicate seasonal calendars.
• Develop compelling content for the homepage and department messages, and related promotions and emails, to drive traffic, increase conversion and ensure alignment with global brand partners.
• Work proactively with buying team to identify strong product stories for a variety of marketing messages
• Effectively write and kick off creative briefs, and ensure flawless execution of projects
• Ensure strong marketing synergy across multiple channels, regions and vehicles.
• Support strategic partnerships that increase brand awareness across Europe and create synergies across online marketing vehicles.
• Effectively collaborate across several functions including, but not limited to, the buying team, creative, production, web content developers and external partners as needed
• Maintain tools for consolidating key metrics and sharing with management

• Track record of executing successful marketing campaigns
• Ability to translate product stories into compelling marketing messages
• Strong, persuasive presentation skills (one-on-one, small and large groups, with peers, direct reports, and management)
• Excellent communications skills: timely follow-up, ability to articulate objectives, strategies and tactics to various cross-functional teams
• Outstanding organizational skills and project management experience: ability to manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Self-starter and can successfully work through ambiguity
• Ability to analyze data , interpret for a broad audience and develop fact-based recommendations to drive marketing decision-making
• Ability to build partnerships across many functional teams and levels of the organization
• Effectively work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Passion for fashion
• Passion for the online channel
• International experience a plus
• 3-5+ years relevant experience in retail/ecommerce
• MBA preferred, but not required
• International experience preferred, but not required
• Strong computer skills required, including Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc.
• Omniture experience a plus.

This role will be responsible for the creation and implementation of seasonal site, email and promotional strategies and will partner with cross-functional teams to execute the work accordingly.

Desired skills: Type of background you are looking for: Someone from an e-comm start up who can successfully operate in a fast-paced environment, has the ability to do a lot with limited resources (resourceful), strong problem solver, who can manage project independently (with little supervision) and work well with others in other functions.
