Marketing Manager - £40k - £60k

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager for our team in London for UK&I BMC. The successful candidate will have a strong track record in delivering programmes and activities with measurable and demonstrable results and outcomes.
You will be part of the EMEIA/Global network influencing key individuals to ensure outputs are appropriate or customised for the UK market & effectively leveraged and build and maintain effective relationships with internal functions such as Knowledge, Operations, Internal Communications, PR etc.
The role is supporting development and roll out of client programmes/events and/or hot topics relevant for the UK market, the objective of creating awareness and reputation with all stakeholders and segments, and new services in their go-to-market plans (Divestment Advisory Services, IP Corporate Finance, Retail & Consumer Products).

Role Responsibilities
In your role as a Marketing Manager TAS you will have responsibility for:
- Co-developing and implementing a focused marketing plan that is aligned with business priorities (including those on the Global/EMEIA agenda)
- Support the development of new products, services and solutions to meet current and future market needs that are accepted as the best by the market
- Oversee the production of quality, consistent messages into the market, through all channels and excellent implementation of contact management system (Interaction)
- Manage the production of POVs. Ensure outputs meet brand guidelines (in terms of tone of voice as well as visual identity) and are leveraged by the business effectively
- Ensure all relevant Global and EMEIA content is integrated into the marketing calendar and deployed across the area and work with technical and Business Development community to ensure activities support business plan objectives
- Identify, evaluate and implement commercial opportunities across the full marketing mix including sponsorship, speaker platforms, events, brochures, podcasts, social media
- Work with internal media relations contact to identify opportunities for generating press coverage and link into relationship development programmes and utilise these where possible

Role Requirements
You will have knowledge and experience of the following:
- A highly motivated individual with an ability to work within a team as well as on their own initiative.
- Degree Level education together with professional marketing qualification (e.g. CIM) or equivalent
- Extensive business experience in a marketing role
- Strong marketing planning experience, strong project management and planning skills
- Good quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and ability to develop strong value propositions
