Vitamin T is seeking a Marketing Manager for our mobile technology start-up company based in Pioneer Square, Seattle.

Job description
Responsible for all marketing functions of the company, the goal of the Marketing Director is to plan and execute strategies for acquisition growth on both sides of the client's model: consumer active users and participating retailers (primarily restaurants). Marketing to prospective restaurants is a B2B focus, with two distinct groups – independent restaurants (small businesses) and chains (enterprise). The Marketing Director will craft and deliver key messages to grow market awareness and generate leads for the sales team. S/he will produce and regularly update the client's Retailer Marketing Playbook to enable user acquisition by participating retailers with their own customer bases. This is their “growth hack”: to work with participating restaurants to enable and encourage them to promote the company to their own customers. By demonstrating the benefits of the company brings with incremental business and increased frequency of orders the restaurants are our primary source for users. Additional consumer user acquisition will be done directly by the Marketing Director as the network grows (think OpenTable). The Marketing Director will also develop plans to build repeat order frequency, and as the business grows, market segmentation strategies and overall brand building. Our environment is fast-paced and requires a candidate who is flexible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in ambiguity.
