The Marketing Manager is a part-time, contract-based role that supports the B2B marketing team in designing, delivering and measuring the impact of marketing and communications programs that support the brand and drive demand generation in the company and its solutions.


The Marketing Manager will work with the B2B Marketing team to develop, execute and manage a variety of marketing and communications programs and initiatives, including: PR/thought leadership, social media, lead generation, events and collateral/sales tools.

Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
• Develop key messages and content for marketing, sales, and PR programs and materials
• Support thought leadership programs and develop key content for bylined articles, blogs and social media posts
• Develop corporate web site content with relevant and timely messaging
• Deliver prospect campaigns including webinars, email blasts and events, using the marketing tools and technologies provided.
• Plan, prioritize and review projects with vendors and virtual team. Be responsible for overall program success, schedule and budget.
• Create and publish sales tools/collateral, including: case studies, white papers, data sheets, etc.
• Social media co-ordination, participation, and analysis
• Ad-hoc writing, editing, project management to support various marketing objectives as they arise

Qualifications:
This role has a strong B2B software marketing programs and communications background. Successful candidates will have:
• Excellent communications skills and demonstrated competency in verbal and written communications.
• Self-starter with excellent project management skills and an ability to manage multiple projects from beginning to end in a fast-paced environment.
• Track record for success in creating winning marketing and communications programs and tools
• Five or more years of related experience in B2B marketing and/or communications in a high-tech organization; experience in developing lead generation and communications programs targeted to HR benefits buyers is a plus.
• BS/BA in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Eloqua, HTML, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher; graphic design skills are a plus.

This is a part-time, contract-based position located in Framingham, MA (20-30 hours per week). Compensation is competitive nationally and consideration is given to experience and a track record of success. Virgin HealthMiles offers flexible working arrangements and schedules.
