Marketing Manager - Lead Generation

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Lead Generation Marketing Manager to manage lead gen for a nationwide brand. This is a new position within the organization which means this candidate must have a diverse background in lead generation/marketing and a passion for and understanding of nurturing leads, segmentation and systems like: Salesforce, Eloqua and/or Marketo. The marketing mix will include but not be limited to print, direct mail, SEM, email, video, website and content. You will be a part of the Marketing Department while working closely with inside sales.

The right candidate will have a B2B marketing background along with experience developing and executing lead generation campaigns. He or she must be successful at creating and implementing process driven programs, and understand the mechanics of automation and scaling. Being well-versed in the “execute, track, optimize” cycle that drives lead generation success is key.

The Lead Generation Marketing Manager will:
• Manage our lead generation program through email, print, online, etc.
• Strategically build campaigns through segmentation; understanding how to leverage data to target key audiences
• Maintain lead geneneration website to provide relevant, valuable content
• Implement tracking to help optimize and improve conversion
• Work with SEM Manager to monitor and update programming to maximize outcomes
• Employ nurturing strategies to engage prospective takeout restaurants
• Build demand generation programs that focus on various trigger events within the cycle
